Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the WeCare platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. WeCare reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. About WeCare
WeCare is an online platform that facilitates connections between healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. WeCare is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing firm, or medical service provider. WeCare does not provide employment contracts, payroll services, professional licensing, medical advice, background checks, or any guarantee of hiring outcomes for any party.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use WeCare, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The platform offers two account types: job seeker accounts for healthcare professionals and employer accounts for healthcare institutions. Each individual or organization may hold only one account. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. Employer accounts are subject to a verification process. Verified status indicates that submitted documents have been reviewed — it does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or certification of the employer's quality, legal standing, or suitability.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify WeCare immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. WeCare reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, security concerns, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
5. Prohibition on Sharing Personal Contact Information
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, requesting, or exchanging personal contact information — including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging application identifiers, or any other means of direct communication — through the platform at any stage of the hiring process unless explicitly permitted by the platform's workflow. All communication between job seekers and employers must occur exclusively through WeCare's built-in messaging system. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, including embedding contact details within messages, documents, profile fields, or any other medium on the platform, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. WeCare enforces this policy to protect the privacy, safety, and professional integrity of all users. Candidate personal and contact details are disclosed to employers only at defined, later stages of the hiring process as determined by the platform.
6. Prohibition on External Communication
All hiring-related communication between users must take place exclusively within the WeCare platform. Users shall not contact, solicit, or attempt to engage other users through any external channel — including personal email, phone, messaging applications, social media, or in-person contact — unless such communication has been expressly authorized through the platform's designated workflow. Any attempt to move communication outside the platform, whether by direct request or indirect suggestion, constitutes a violation of these terms. WeCare reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action, including account suspension or permanent termination, against any user found to be in violation of this provision.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including but not limited to curriculum vitae documents, photographs, professional credentials, and company documents. By uploading content, you grant WeCare a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and share such content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any content you submit. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform: providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonating any person or entity; creating fake or duplicate accounts; scraping, crawling, or using automated means to access or extract data from the platform; attempting to circumvent any security, privacy, or access controls; engaging in harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive conduct toward any user; uploading or transmitting illegal content, malware, or any material that infringes upon the rights of others; uploading patient-identifiable medical information or protected health records; and any other activity that disrupts the operation of the platform or violates applicable law.
9. Interview Recordings
Where video interview recording functionality is enabled, recordings are created with the knowledge and consent of all participants. Access to interview recordings is restricted to authorized participants in the hiring process. Recordings may be used solely for hiring evaluation, internal review, and documentation purposes. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or misuse of interview recordings is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the platform. Upon deletion, your active hiring processes will be terminated and your profile will be removed from the platform. WeCare may retain certain records where required by applicable law, regulation, or for the purpose of resolving disputes or enforcing these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
WeCare shall not be liable for any actions, decisions, representations, or conduct of any user on the platform. WeCare makes no guarantees regarding job placement, candidate quality, employer suitability, or hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeCare, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.
13. Changes to Terms
WeCare reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
