Employer Data

Hiring Activity Data
In-platform messages between users, interview scheduling information, video interview session data, job offer details, signed offer documents, and interview recordings where the recording feature is enabled.
Technical Data
IP address, device and browser information, session data, and cookies.

5. How Your Data Is Shared
Your data may be shared in the following circumstances:
Between Users
Information is shared between job seekers and employers progressively as part of the hiring process. Candidate personal and contact information is not disclosed to employers at initial stages. Full contact details are only made available at later, defined stages of the hiring workflow as determined by the platform. Messages are visible only to the participants of the conversation.
Service Providers
We engage third-party service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication services, video conferencing, email and SMS delivery, and file processing. These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data to regulatory authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies when required to do so by applicable law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of WeCare or its users.
Authorized Platform Personnel
Authorized administrators may access your contact information where necessary for moderation, identity verification, user support, and platform security. Access is limited to these purposes and granted only to personnel who require it.

Users are prohibited from sharing, requesting, or exchanging personal contact information through the platform except where expressly permitted. WeCare enforces this policy to safeguard user privacy and maintain a secure, professional environment.

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide the service. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from the platform in accordance with our deletion procedures.
